Paloma Urquidez
Hailing from a lineage of visionaries, her mother a designer and her father a builder. Paloma has long been enchanted by the realms of design and construction. As her parents collaborated to craft bespoke homes, she was introduced to the vibrant world of job sites and architectural blueprints from a young age, laying a solid foundation for her future endeavors.
Education & Early Inspiration
After completing high school, Paloma ventured from the sun-kissed shores of Southern California to the artistic enclave of San Francisco, where she immersed herself in fine art painting and sculpture. With her first degree in hand, she pursued a post-baccalaureate in Interior Architecture and Design, graduating with honors.
Career Journey
Upon leaving the academic realm, Paloma joined a female-owned and operated boutique design firm, diving headfirst into high-profile corporate design accounts alongside select, inspired residential projects. It was here that she refined her design philosophy, shaping a professional identity that opened doors to new realms of creativity.
As a former Senior Designer and Project Manager at Maison Trouvaille, Paloma now leads her own design and build studio in the heart of Los Angeles. An artist at her core, she approaches each project with intention, layering her creations much like a painter brings depth to a canvas.
Beyond the Studio A firm believer in the philosophy that daily life enriches one’s creative practice, Paloma leads a vibrant existence beyond her professional pursuits. She cherishes moments spent cooking for loved ones, traveling the globe, and embracing nature’s beauty alongside her cherished dog.
